Great room, clean comfy bed, only thing that could be improved was waiting for the shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Guests started lining up orderly for the 6am shuttle and as folks continued to line up they began skipping to the front as well as outside and making it uncomfortable for those already in line. Eventually when the shuttle showed up it was unfair to see guests just showing up and scrambling toward the front of the now crowd after the line concept was abandoned. Staff should have a procedure, whether guests get a number upon arrival or are reminded to form a line and not wander outside to gain an unfair advantage. Today was a bust travel day at YUL and the shuttle was not able to accommodate several who were in line longer than others that skipped.

J’ai dû attendre la 3ème navette car les 2 précédentes étaient déjà pleines car la navette passe à 2 autres hôtels avant le Hyatt. C’est très stressant quand tu as un avion à prendre . J’avais prévu la prendre à 3h30 mais finalement j’ai dû prendre celle de 4h30 car elle passe aux 30 minutes.

I stayed here when my flight was canceled and it was overall a great experience, which was especially appreciated given the crappy circumstances of being stuck in a city that was not my home.
