"The breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms were clean. The staff were uninvested and unhelpful. The 10 am check out time was a joke- we easily negotiated 11 am and then were told each additional 30 minutes would be 25 dollars. It seemed arbitrary. We had to leave ID to use a hairdryer and we never got clean towels although we were there for three days. I understand this is a student residence during the year but I am not a student resident. If you are going to transform into a hotel in the summers you need to the game and the hospitality. The price is right but it doesn’t cost anything to be warm and welcoming."

"This was a return trip after staying here in July 2025. Our room wasn’t as nice this time around and we could hear constant noise from rooms around us and outside on the street which affected our sleep, a bit disappointing as we really enjoyed our stay previously hence the return stay. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar on this occasion."
