We had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was great. If you like to walk you can get to many attractions. Walking was harder for us so we took a cab to catch our hop on hop off bus. Good options for dining nearby. Neighborhood felt safe. We would stay here again.

Basic functional hotel room with window looking into an air shaft. Decor is dated with a strong smell of disinfectant, especially in the hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surrounding neighborhood is somewhat dingy.

The staff were kind, enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, our room had some problems with the bathroom like the loose rotating coat hanger and the toilet being wobbly but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless, a nice 4.7/5
