在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！

Beautiful property and a great room. The elevator was broken for most of our stay so we had to walk four flights each time, with luggage with no help offered. One day our room was not cleaned, I requested it with the front desk again before we left for dinner. Came back four hours later and still the room wasn't cleaned. There was a hug pile of dirty towels on the floor outside our room without explanation. During checkout I reported these issues to the front desk and there was no reaction.

The rooms were not very clean, upon check in there were make up prints on the walls and dust. Only one robe in the room and no sheets on the pull out couch. You could hear the club next door until 3am. Had water in the lobby with only one glass and then no water at all. My travel companion’s room never got cleaned between the days they stayed there. Overall the service was very poor. Not worth the money.

Really nice, historic hotel in Old Montreal. Walking distance to the waterfront and to shops/restaurants on Rue Saint Paul. Hotel room has beautiful high ceilings, hardwood floor and doors, clean and modernized bathroom, great shower and a cozy bathrobe with slippers to top it all off. Bed is comfortable and tv channels are mostly in english. We would stay again!

The layout of the suite was thoughtful, and the second bathroom was a nice touch. The room was nice and quiet. The hotel was in a great location and very close to buses and a metro stop. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is lovely, with wonderful staff. Our problem was with the light pollution on the street coming into our room. The blinds were not enough to block the light from the adjacent office building. The room was seriously in need of blackout shades.

Room was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location for walking and exploring the area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We had trouble accessing the hotel due to police closing streets around the hotel; for a peaceful gathering in the square in support of Palestine/Gaza. I called the hotel for help in finding parking, but as I explained the situation the young lady finally said she couldn't help me and hung up. I found street parking nearby, walked to the hotel, went to the front desk and spoke with the young lady from the phone call. Again, she didn't offer any help. Then, Soso another staff member, heard what was going on. This young lady went outside, walked to the end of the block, spoke with the police officer who was blocking the street and got him to allow cars access to the hotel! I was very impressed with her willingness to take action in assisting guests. Our 4th floor room faced the front of the hotel. Outside, there was a club with loud music and a construction site. After checking into our room, we went downstairs and inquired about how late the club would be operating. Soso explained they weren't normally open on Sunday, but would check with them about the noise. Then, she took the time to walk outside and point is in the right direction to get to a restaurant we wanted to find. Construction, garbage trucks, and other street noise started promptly at 7am each day...downtown city life!

This hotel was superlative in every way! Our room was absolutely beautiful, from the exposed brick to the tasteful, sophisticated furniture and decor. The bed was heavenly; very comfortable, with fresh white bedding and fluffy pillows. There was ample storage space in the dresser and lighted closets, and plenty of space to put things in the bathroom. The Le Labo Santal 33 toiletries provided were high-quality, with a lovely, understated scent. And what a bathroom! It was spacious, with a huge jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower, with a wonderful overhead rainfall showerhead and a handheld adjustable showerhead. There were three different lighting options, one of which was dimmable. The air conditioning was very effective during the hot days. The bilingual staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept our room tidy and made-up, with fresh towels, bottled water, and mini chocolates. We enjoyed drinks, food, and a stellar view on the rooftop terrace, and breakfast in the lovely brasserie. The location was perfect; close to shopping and restaurants, as well as the metro station. The Place d'Armes itself was right outside the door, with a beautiful lighted fountain, lots of seating, and the Basilique de Notre-Dame at one end. A few blocks away is the river, with a pleasant river walk and the grand Roue ferris wheel. Overall, this hotel provided us with a supremely comfortable, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing experience!
