It is a quaint and boutique-like property. It is NOT the boring hotel chain type of room, nor building. It has charm ! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast much better than most, the location just outside the main downtown was convient but quieter...all in all I would stay there again !

I’d like to share a review of this hotel. I'm going to leave a review on the Expedia app. When my mother was suffering from jet lag, they allowed us to check out late, and all the staff here were kind and truly wonderful. I was deeply moved. With its lovely rooms, convenient location, heartfelt service, and nutritious, delicious breakfast, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. Walking distance to old town and the Basilica made it very convenient. Note that it is a big uphill coming back. Breakfast was lovely. Note that if you have any issues, there is no elevator. We were lucky that they were able to move us to a first floor room on our second day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied with lots of choices. The boutique hotel had a lot of character and heritage. It was in an excellent neighborhood and close to the metro station to visit Old Town or Mount Royal. We loved our stay here.
