「Overall this should probably be a 3 star rating, however I am so disappointed in the services and most of the staff. We will never go back to this Hilton, especially when there are so many other options and even better options that have not left me feeling this way. The pool (not available) and gym are hit or miss for availability. Everything is locked down and on a check in status. So an employee has to be present to check you in, Ooo and Hilton charges $12 for the gym (refunded), even after...

「整體還不錯，只是早餐有點雷！」

「服务态度还可以」

「The view of the Super Dome, the cleanliness, and the breakfast made my birthday weekend memorable!」

「The stay was fine. The room was average with a tiny bathroom. But it was quiet which was important to me. They have a washer/dryer on site and the washer wasn’t working. It ended up being an enormous hassle since there was no out of order sign on it. However, the hotel made it right and gave me a great rate for an addition night. I would stay here again thanks to management.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「great」

「1. The water pressure is low and hence we are not enjoying the hot bath after a full day of outings. 2. For the breakfast, there are no more protein things except the "cool" boiled eggs and breakfast experience is not good. If the boiled eggs are warm., it will be much more better.」

「Love the staff every one is so welcoming and great location very clean and comfortable」

「The room was clean, the staff was great, great location.」
