「This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating.」

「Hot food needs to be refilled more quickly.」

「Clean and comfortable place. Very friendly staff.」

「Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

「The rooms were very cold. Because it's an older property the radiator heat at the floorboards did not heat the room well. There was a fireplace, but it didn't give off heat. The beds were very comfortable, but small for a full size bed.」

「It was an amazing place to stay.」

「The staff were friendly. The extra toiletries left in the bathroom were appreciated. But the shower had two black holes into the wall about quarter sized that were covered by clear plastic. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was receding and looked dirty. The Kleenex boxes were empty. The sink had a slow drain.」

「I appreciated that there were people available on-site to help me with questions I had (instead of having to call an 800 number and speak to someone in a foreign land).」

「The room smelled horribly like a dirty locker room. There were paw prints on one of our beds. The coffee maker wasn’t plugged in and there was nowhere to plug it in, we had to move it over by the sink. And the room could’ve been cleaner.」
