The location is convenient. However, some of the rooms are very outdated. The waterfront rooms with balconies overlooking the beach were much better than the others as far as updates. The staff was super helpful, but it was dirty on the beach and around the property due to the Fourth of July. People shot off fireworks and left them everywhere on the beach.

Upon an initial entry into the room, it was quite obvious that cleanliness is not high on their list. I can assure you, the carpet was not swept. I cannot assure you, the bedsheets were washed as the sheets were quite wrinkled and there were dead bugs. The comforter on the bed was visibly dirty as well. The wall had torn wallpaper under the air-conditioning unit and a large section of broken down wall was exposed. The door to the balcony had daylight showing through when it was closed. The bathroom has clearly had water issues because there was a water stain all around the toilet. The staff was very kind when I did interact with them; check in and out was a breeze. The price was right for my budget, but I do think next time I’ll splurge on the accommodations, rather than risk a filthy space. We only stayed because we were literally only there to sleep and shower.

When I booked it the pictures showed the cabin I thought we were staying in the cabin but we stayed in the building that’s really old next to the cabin it was on the lake but the room was very outdated, the door got jammed had to slam it open and shut the lock had to jiggle it to lock it the rooms had bugs but it was expected being off the lake but the furnitures were outdated broken or just didn’t belong. The rooms are spacious 2 bathrooms showers were small but got the job done we checked in late at night and the office was closed with a sign that said to check in from the hotel next door which they had a nice updated common area smelling good to then go to our room that was stuck in the 70’s but overall it got the job done the bed looked cleaned the lake was feet’s away from the room definitely wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for a romantic getaway

Nice room on beach. Pool and hot tub were green and unusable. Beds were like sleeping on a box spring. Room was nice loved location. I wish our first floor balcony would have given access to beach. Better beds and I would give the place 3.5 to 4 rating.

Our room was very clean. It’s a very old building, very simple but clean and comfortable. Was a very low price so well worth it. Only issue was that one of the windows was boarded up on one pane of glass. The indoor pool was also empty and appeared non functional. No microwave or coffee pot in the room.

Property is run down, but price reflected it. Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, has to call staff to get our fridge working. But the views and lake access were great. Also enjoyed my little porch on my room.
