「courteous staff」

「We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field.

「An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati.」
