新飯店果然很漂亮

房間偏小到兩個人算可以，浴室淋浴室用浴簾不太方便其他都還算OK，公設很漂亮早餐也不錯，特別要注意的事如果雨季住這間飯店，機場接駁車可能會因為下豪雨而停駛，所以去機場的時間要抓鬆一點

Everyone at this resort was wonderful. The food at the Italian restaurant and The Market was delicious We loved the pool and beach/ocean Pia , concierge , went above and beyond to assist us in our travel plans! She is professional and kind. An amazing person! We can not remember all the special people we met but we did enjoy getting to know Dave, Bianca with her infectious laugh and Oli were personable. I had two amazing massages from Menna and Apple ( my brother also enjoyed his massages ). Aprille was sweet.

Service aux chambres a été correct. En ce qui concerne la salle à manger? Brunch: nourriture froide ! Dîner : Service long et pas toujours servi selon la séquence. Plusieurs serveurs tournent en rond et semblent perdus. Nous avons reçu un bon service de la conciergerie.En particulier un certain Lan! Je ne suis pas certain du prénom . Le check out rapide! Great pick up service at the airport. Lobby was large and spotless. Room was neat and tidy. Staff was nice and professional. The one thing that prevented a perfect score what a slow draining shower. The water in the shower area overflowed the edge and water filled the half the bathroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about our experience was exceptional. Even with our very late arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. They were so helpful, especially during our “not-so-bright” moments after a long flight. Though, what truly stood out for us, was the exceptional staff—everyone we encountered, from the concierge to security to housekeeping, was genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready with a warm smile. Too bad we only had a short stay, but we can’t wait to return and experience the same warm hospitality again.

This was a great stay, a very classy, high class resort. We came from two weeks in El Nido, and needed a place to rest until our flight out the next day. Close to the Mall of Asia, has courtesy shuttles. Staff were very friendly and professional.

I stayed here for three nights initially then extended for an additional three nights, is was that good. The staff is undeniably the best I’ve encountered anywhere and I’ve traveled to 46 countries. They ALWAYS acknowledged me when we passed in hallways, etc and with a big smile. The property was amazingly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The blackout curtains made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time and the air conditioning kept my room very comfortable. It’s a large hotel but there’s also a large staff to keep things running smoothly, similar to a cruise ship. Kudos to the team for making this an outstanding visit. I’ve actually already booked a stay when I return from my visit to the islands. Tip: Arrive early for breakfast as there are a lot of people to feed in a short time but they handle it efficiently. Also, no sleeveless shirts/blouses in the dining room. Very international clientele. The surrounding area is comprised of lots of other high rise hotels and condos so it’s a bit like Las Vegas but the price here made it worth it. Recommended, and this is not a fake review.

The staff were so attentive and the customer service was excellent. The room was a little small, but it suited our needs and it was clean. The ambiance of the hotel was nice. Definitely good value for money.

We booked the hotel because of their free airport shuttle. But soon found out that if you arrive after 4pm, you'll have to wait until 7pm for their next scheduled shuttle (and last for the day). Also, their earliest shuttle in the morning is at 7am. If you have international flights at 9am, you're better getting a Grab service. Unfortunately, we were unable to use their shuttle services.
