The room is clean & spacious the only thing is the shower did not have hot water, have to dress up to call the desk for issue. Problem has been avoidable if room need to check prior to guest expected that water heater is ready when use

Our recent stay was characterized by outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the entire team—including the security personnel, concierge, and front-desk staff—was incredibly welcoming and professional. We particularly enjoyed the dining options. Breakfast was excellent, and our final dinner at The Nest rooftop restaurant was the highlight of our trip. The combination of the live band and the panoramic city views created a perfectly romantic atmosphere. The only drawback was a recurring issue with the air conditioning unit, which experienced a leak. Although the maintenance team responded promptly to the initial report, the repair required us to remain in the room for an hour. Unfortunately, the issue persisted on our second night. Due to our early morning departure, we chose not to report it again, but we would suggest a more permanent fix for that unit. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Great hotel in Alabang

Great hotel in the heart of Alabang. There are great restaurants within the hotel - Shogun & The Nest. The Nest is a fantastic restaurantwith stunning views of Laguna. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Staff were lovely, more than happy to help and serve in the best way that only they can. They epitomise Filipino hospitality and are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them. I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!) It is a sentiment shared by all. I cannot recommend this place any more highly. Indeed you should make a point to visit!
