While I can accept that the facilities are getting old, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the room during my stay. The floor became slippery, and I almost fell because of it. 「Chick in 很慢超過三點，要求兩個鑰匙卡到退房都沒有做到，飯店沒有明顯招牌～～～」

「Very nice!」

「courteous staff」

「Too noisy close to freeway and filthy everywhere」

「Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.」

「well-maintained facilities and a peaceful atmosphere, Eastbay Residence truly stands out as a fantastic living experience. Highly recommend! 」
