「Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!」

「Everything was good. I feel the valet could be more welcoming when you first get there. No one came over to my car when I pulled in. I had to park to the side, get out of my car, and ask what the parking procedure was. That happened both times I have stayed there.」

「This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. Was very thankful to have laundry...

「This hotel was terrible health wise unsafe light fixture hanging out of ceiling black mold on ceiling and furniture carpet badly stained musty smell we went and got another hotel didn't stay one night here」

「Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.」

Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room.」
