「Friendliness of staff, room size and location」

「It was an okay place to stay for the night. Would've been even better if the cleaning staff had not been so loud in the hallway at 8 am on a Sunday morning. Would've liked to have slept in a little longer. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「I always stay at this Home 2 Suites while in Greenville. Location is premium. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchenettes and full refrigerators are awesome. You can bring food/beverages from home and have plenty of room to store them in the refrigerator. Valet is affordable and very convenient. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.」

「The hotel was fine, my biggest gripe was the room had a pretty strong odor. Not like someone had smoked in the room but more like the person who cleaned the room smoked heavily and then wore too much perfume to cover it up. The staff was friendly. It was also pretty humid in the lobby like the hvac couldn’t keep up. 「My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment. 「The Inn was in a great location, we could walk to many places. Having the breakfast food was a great option although we have lots of favorite breakfast places so we didn’t use much. We texted early on about a light out going upstairs which was hazardous when it got dark and never received a reply (texts sent up until check-in were answered promptly). Room could have used side tables by bed and one side didn’t have any outlets.」
