「Property clean and centrally located. Quiet in room. Breakfast typical. Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room.」

「An interesting and stylish hotel in a good location. The room was quite narrow, but it was fine for a single night. The room was reasonably clean. Standard breakfast: eggs and bacon, plus fruit salad and waffles. Parking is available either in a nearby parking garage or via valet service.」

「Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!」

「We had booked a room for $400 and housekeeping came in our room while we were naked. Management said they couldn’t do anything but credit us with points as if we were going to want to stay there after that happened! I will NEVER book this hotel again.」

「The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.」

「Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out.」

「Great location to everything you need and want without a ton of traffic. Parking was available during the week. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities that we needed. Provided a few laundry pods, dish soap and paper towels. Did need a couple more blankets and dish cloth but we made due. Checkin and checkout very easy-keep your emails with the information because you need all the codes to come and go. Text support was very helpful for me, to confirm anything I needed as I was nervous...
