"The room was big and clean for my family of 4. I specifically booked this room with a fold out couch because I have two teen boys who don't like sharing a queen bed. The pull out couch mattress was absolutely terrible! You could feel every spring in it. It is time for the hotel to update their pull out couches because I know you can get memory foam pull out couches now. I would not book this room again for the 4 of us even though the room it self had enough space for the 4 of us to spread out."

"The couch bed was horrible, mattress paper thin and had a horrible plastic cover on it. Sheets stained and didn’t fit the mattress and a very thin blanket was all that was provided. The room would not cool down only got down to 73 and remained warm. We also had lots of noise 1st night it was neighbors being extremely loud. 2nd night multiple instances of very large dogs barking non stop even when front desk was called nothing was done. Breakfast was out of lots of things both mornings and it didn’t seem the lady working could keep up or knew how to make things. Very disappointed in this stay. "

"Arrived after midnight as communicated with anticipation and was instructed to dial 500 from the lobby phone for someone to check me in around 12:15 and I called for a half hour no one showed up! I was never checked in and had to last minute book at a nearby hotel for the evening after a long grueling flight. "

"Room cleaning was once a week which is fine but the trash was not emptied on the day of cleaning and no toilet paper. Had to request it."

"The front desk staff Shantis & Brianna were so friendly & helpful at check-in. Richard, our shuttle driver, was prompt & very pleasant, as well as a safe driver. I didn’t get the name of the checkout person this morning, but she was very pleasant & helpful for so early in the morning."

"They dont have do not disturb plaques, they came into my room emptied garbages, refreshed towels but never changed the sheets on the beds. I cleaned the floors and tub myself as they had spots and were sticky. You cant hook up anything to the tv so if you travel with gamers dont bother, no systems can be hooked up."
