"It was pet friendly which I loved but once I got there my king bedroom was switched to a double bed because that room wasn’t equivalent with having pets in it. The room I got switched too wall was dirty. And Once got in the shower the faucet came completely off with water shooting out of it. Making me had to shower when I got all the way back home to Virginia… I know renovation was going on but I didn’t expect to be placed directly by a room that was being renovated…"

"Ramya was really really kind and understanding. Became in on a late check-in and had some room issues and she was able to help us out. Would Recommend her position upgrade. Hard work is one thing, but emotional intelligence is hard to come by. "

"The room was dirty and nasty, bug crawling in the kitchen area and bathroom. They didn’t have any towels or wash clothes had to go to Walmart to purchase some. Noisy, ppl slamming and closing doors all through the night. "

"It was ok. If you’re on a budget it works. The room was technically clean but not really. There were some dead bugs and dust on the dressers. Literally every button the the tv remote made the channel go up (Chanel up button, channel down button, both volume buttons, the mute button, the numbers littler everything made the channel go up so you couldn’t scroll down on the channels and you couldn’t adjust volume because there were no buttons on the tv). The pool was closed so we couldn’t use it. Free breakfast in the morning was nice, not anything fancy but kept you from having to go out to get breakfast. The staff was nice, nobody was rude. We did get fresh towels and soap every other day which was nice. Our room smelled really weird, kind of like a wet dog or mildew idk but it was coming from the ac unit and the mini fridge. For the price not bad but definitely a budget stay."

"Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again."

"It amazes me that such an outdated and ill-kept facility charges over $100 per night. The room had dead bugs in the corner and stains on the bed cover. Thankfully I am glad to report there were no bed bugs in our room."

"Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to allow us last minute early check in which was very much appreciated with the jet lag. Breakfast was wonderful with many options"
