"Outstanding staff. Very pleasant to work with. All in an incredibly good mood which is a great way to start the day as well as checking in. Nice set up for pets and a nice area to walk the dog. This is the place to stay when I am back in town again. "

"Room was a very comfortable size. Aside from that we were VERY disappointed. Sticky countertops, crumbs and stains on all furniture and long hairs on the floors dampened our first impressions. Obviously I had to take the time to clean in the room before we could even unpack and relax.Brought things to cook in the microwave which did NOT work- Would not open when done and when you were able to pull open a crack it would suddenly turn back on and nuke whoever was struggling with it! Had to pull the plug and give up. In the first tower there we were so hot we had to call the maintenance person up this the AC, which he actually didn’t but what an inconvenience. They do deserve a good breakfast on the front desk staff is pleasant. I did tell of the problems we encountered and no discount was offered for inconveniences, so that was a letdown that they didn’t even try to make up for it."
