「Room was clean as taff was nice our bathroom pipes were making sounds in the room so they let us Change rooms with no issues. The new girl at the front desk was new and very kind but charged us after we had reservation with Expedia but that is being credited to us. Expedia helped in that situation. But all in all it was a nice comfortable hotel and I would stay again. It was a good location as well.」

「You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!」

「My room was dirty. Stray strands of hair in the shower, wrappers and crumpled paper on floor along the stove, fridge side , and a used beach towel on my balcony. I didn’t get a chance to see the outside areas due to rain and I was only staying overnight. I recommend this hotel but housekeeping needs to be more on the ball and hope this isn’t the norm for the lodge.」

「The facility was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not warm at all. After a long hike, I really wanted a hot soak.」

「Stayed here for one night after hiking Rainbow Falls and Turtleback Falls trail. Great location close to Cashiers where we saw 4th of July fireworks. Room was comfy and clean! Excellent air conditioning! They cooked made to order eggs and bacon and had assorted muffins, bagels, breads, and fruit. Chatted with the owner Julie at breakfast-super friendly! Don’t hesitate to stay here!」

「The room was very clean and no carpet! Best of all, it's right across the street from Clemson so walking over for a tour was super easy. Parking was smooth, although the lot is on the small side. Staff is friendly.」
