"I felt safe and the room was clean. It’s the perfect location if you are attending an event at Bon Secours wellness arena, it’s just a short walk to the facility. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very efficient making sure there was plenty of food for everyone and cleaning tables as soon as people got up. I always had a parking spot in their lot. And most importantly the staff made me feel like family"

"I booked here because it’s under the BW brand, so I had a minimum expectation. Clearly I was wrong on that. First off, it’s a motel, not a hotel. That wasn’t a huge deal, but it was annoying that there was no elevator. There’s also no ice machine - a real bummer for roadtripping. The room was clean enough. The TV streaming barely worked with Peacock. Basically, once we connected, there was no pausing our show or backing out. The breakfast was disappointing. It was barely edible. My husband and I ended up throwing it away and getting breakfast elsewhere. This stop is making me rethink BW branded places. "

"Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the downtown area. We loved the walkability to all the restaurants, shops and the gorgeous falls bridge park and Swamp Rabbit trail! Our lovely room was comfortable and clean! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Greenville! "
