「The staff at the hotel was very friendly and did help with my issues. Unfortunately, my room was not ready even though it was past check in time. Once I had my key, the door wouldn’t unlock. It took three trips down the elevator to the front desk to finally get it to work. The rooms were okay but are on the worn side. Bed linens were clean but the bathrooms and floors could use some upgrading.」

「Parking was great they have parking lot security. They are freshly painted the gates and the pool area so hopefully they're about to get that open. It just needs a little bit of cleaning around the areas and trash picked up. Maybe a good pressure washing would help out for the stairwells. 」

「Very extremely disappointed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel (is what the person working said ) and there were lots of others upset also . The desk clerk was very nice and booked me a room at their other hotel 30 min away. But got to that place rented it and went in and it was nasty and killed 4 roaches with 10 min of being there . Bathroom nasty / and not clean . Got money back and went to Big concert in sc and no hotels nowhere drove 4 1/2hours home because there were no hotels available...

「I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely stay again.」
