「酒店就在泰晤士河边，晚上可以在河边小酌。景色很好。 唯一的不便利，就是酒店坚持用信用卡进行PRE-AUTHORITY预授权。我没有任何消费，但在退房后一星期了，酒店还没有主动取消预授权。希望将这方面的服务提升。」

「Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. 「The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places.
