"Amazing property, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax away from the busy areas of Bali. Service is outstanding, the bear breakfast we’ve ever had and our villa was gorgeous. The resort is full but doesn’t feel busy, always room at the pools. The yoga class and pavilion are idyllic. We loved our stay here."

"A Perfect Private Retreat for Couples in Ubud Impiana Private Villas Ubud was one of the highlights of our Bali trip and easily one of the most comfortable and relaxing places we stayed. The entire property is incredibly peaceful and beautifully maintained. Each villa is completely private and standalone, which gives you a wonderful sense of privacy and makes it especially perfect for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway in Ubud. One of my favourite parts of the stay was breakfast. There was a great selection of food, everything we tried was delicious, and you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the property's own beautiful rice terraces. It was such a relaxing way to start each morning. The facilities throughout the resort are excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive. They seemed to notice the little things and genuinely made us feel very well looked after without ever being intrusive. After spending our days exploring Bali, coming back to such a peaceful and private villa was something we really looked forward to. I would highly recommend Impiana Private Villas Ubud to couples looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and private while still experiencing the beautiful atmosphere of Ubud. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit."

"Staying at Tanah Gajah in Ubud was an absolute highlight of our time in Bali. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the level of care and hospitality. The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and super helpful. The resort’s amenities were top-tier across the board. The serene pool, lush paddy field surroundings, and quiet, spacious grounds provided the ultimate peaceful retreat after exploring the island. Every detail of the estate feels thoughtful, luxurious, and deeply connected to Balinese culture while delivering modern comfort. If you are looking for an authentic, high-touch luxury escape with world-class service in Ubud, Tanah Gajah exceeds every expectation. We can’t wait to return!"

"Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."

"A superb hotel. Spent a week here in July 2026. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival and checked in to a standard room, more than adequate, spacious with a walk in shower and bath room. Bed was super comfy and huge! The pool area is more than adequate with sun beds available at all hours of the day. The pool has a great view over the nearby forest. Took advantage of the spa which provided excellent treatment, a little bit of extra luxury. The breakfast is very good with all you’d expect from a buffet catering to all cultural tastes. The 2 restaurants are good, although you may wish to go farther afield for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. Plenty available. The staff are super attentive, always around to serve at the pool or dining facilities. Always a sincere friendly greeting. The hotel Is about a 15 minute cheap taxi out of Ubud away from the busy areas. Only minor read for improvement would be room balcony, ours was a little shabby and not so Inviting as it was very close to the main road. Maybe request a room facing away from the road if affected by noise. Overall we would definitely visit again and recommend to any wishing to visit Ubud."

"If you're debating whether to book this resort, just do it! My husband and I had an amazing stay. The room was incredibly luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the beautiful architecture and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were warm, attentive, and always more than happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the nightly turndown service, especially the thoughtful mini treats left in the room—it was such a lovely touch. The location is another big plus. It's just a short distance from Ubud Center, making it very convenient to explore the area's shops, restaurants, and attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at the resort. The spa was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more Western breakfast options, such as bacon and sausage. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
