"事前の問い合わせ： 予約後、静かな部屋をリクエストしたが、ホテルからのpre-arrivalメッセージが複数回届き、対応に一貫性がなく不安を感じた。 チェックイン： 空港から到着後、14階のレセプションで長時間待たされた。他客がいないにもかかわらず、後から来た客（GMらしき人物が対応）が優先的に案内された。この対応は非常に不快で、指摘してもテンプレート回答しか得られなかった。 部屋： Premierカテゴリの部屋はエレベーター近辺に位置し、廊下からの大声やドアの開閉音が非常にうるさかった。音に敏感な方には全くお勧めできない。当初我慢したが、耐えかねて部屋の変更を依頼。部屋の変更自体は迅速に対応いただき感謝している。客層があまり良くないのかもしれないと感じた。 Living Room： Capellaの特徴だが、TaipeiのLiving...
