Changxing Island 5 Stars Hotels

NA

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

The Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a wonderful hotel located inside the Jim Mao tower, one of the most iconic buildings of the city. The staff is very nice and our room was on the 78th floor so the view was just fantastic. We could see the pearl tower and the Shanghai Tower just in front of us...at night we could see the beautiful lights of the city that would light up the flowing Huangpu river. The breakfast was very delicious and we found a huge choice of chinese and western food. The Spa has a Gym...

Stayed at the Club floor and I have to say the hotel lived up to its expectation. I was assigned a room with panoramic view of the Bund and the bathroom is tastefully designed. The jacuzzi bathtub is great for relaxation after a day of work. The room includes 24 hour access to the lounge with buffet provided throughout the day. The concierge is very helpful and I will certainly stay here again.

Everything was fantastic, definitely will book again.

Wehad an amazing experience with this hotel. It was wonderful service, all stuff at the hotel was highly professional and helpful! Specifically Nancy, Johnny and Amanda! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing Birthday Stay at W Shanghai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at W Shanghai while celebrating my birthday! The hotel kindly upgraded our room to one with a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more special. They also surprised me with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the views were simply spectacular. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we truly appreciated the...

definitely the best hotel i've stayed in. excellent in every aspect. hope theres a membership program which allow significant discounts

Staff very friendly and very clean room.

This is a great hotel but honestly almost checked out as soon as we arrived. Felt completely haunted. The hallways were scary and my room felt like there were untold crimes commited. Hard to explain. Truthfully the first time I have ever felt this way. My friend staying with me felt the exact same way. Almost like there was ghost lurking or evil spirits. Very strange, but true. The lights in the room would flicker at strange times aswell.

We liked the location, cleanliness, and above all the staff. They were all very helpful and extremely friendly. We didn't like the internet service, breakfast, and the fact that the swimming pool was closed. Overall, a great place to stay in Shanghai.

Elegant hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful. The bund is right across the road, however it's at the end part of it .
