Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

Definitely get dumplings while there! And pick up $4 (roughly) tins of tea at one of the food vendors ... the quality is excellent, and they made great gifts for colleagues!
