「There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」

「Good」

「Connected to Kerry Center shopping mall, great restaurant selection, helpful staff, nice, spacious room. Highly recommended!」

「Great location and reasonable price. Breakfast is good with wide range of foods. Have been staying here for over 10 years.」

「Very nice」

「The hotel is not as advertised. Photos posted in hotels.com isn’t updated. Renovated after covid and is not as glamorous as shown. There is a big construction site in front of the hotel which starts work from 6am. Cannot sleep well as the aircon is so noisy. No breakfast and no swimmming pool. The gym is tiny」
