"Had a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. Room was very clean and modern, it's a newer property with nice fitout. Not much happening in the lobby but gym and pool looked good (didn't use).Lots of restaurants around. Nice stay!"
"My stay has been amazing so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man at the counter. He spoke fantastic English which made the check in process very smooth. He also helped me add on two extra nights to my stay.
The room is top notch. So clean and up to date. Beautiful.
I enjoyed my two complimentary cocktails at the bar. The bartender was so nice and spoke great English as well.

She listened attentively to our concerns, responded promptly to our needs, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout. Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one. We greatly appreciated her attentive care and commitment to guest satisfaction."
"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
