a little dated, don’t feel like a 5 star hotel, but most staff are very helpful, especially those gentlemen from the concierge team (e.g. Zero, the staff who helped with my bags when i checked in on Thursday and the gentleman in specs from night shift (didn’t get their names sorry). Zhang from security is also very helpful, my friends and i were full of hands with all our stuff for the past few days and he will kindly help to hold the door for us when we get off the cars when we reach. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

The location is really convenient for me, close the metro station, close the shopping and all kind of restaurants. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is very space, with city view. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they change items daily.

The hotel was brand new, it opened a day before I arrived, the staff made my stay very relaxing, The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the snow, it was a convenient location to get a taxi or to access to the subway. I highly recommend it.

這次入住 上海安曼納卓越大酒店 酒店的服務親切，非常得好 特別是 白天禮賓部的Zero Zhang先生 真的非常的親切細心詢問我們班機時間 以及幫我們評估打車費及交通時間 他還用他的手機幫我撥打當地的電話，讓我們能安全的打車 還有在退房前，我們想臨時加熱食物，服務員都能迅速地完成 從來沒有想過飯店的服務可以做到這麼體貼 感覺整個飯店在員工的訓練是非常注重 下次肯定還會再入住

我們在5月27-31日入住，25樓的打掃阿姨非常熱情可愛，房間很整潔乾淨，很容易對塵蟎過敏的我睡了這幾天也完全沒有問題。 前台check in也很流暢有效率，大堂禮賓部服務殷勤。除了滴滴打車的上下車點稍微麻煩之外，這間酒店的性價比很高，景觀也開闊，推薦！
