"Loved the hotel. The customer service was great. Everyone was so nice. The only thing that I did not like was that there was a door that was always open( that maybe shouldn’t be open) where it felt like anybody would be able to walk in. Whereas, most times you would need a key to get into a certain area. "

"Really enjoyed our stay, we brought along our 110lb pitbull mix & they’re were very welcoming were most places would not be. Everything from the room to the rooftop events were great! Really enjoyed the location, close to state street but on the quieter side of things."

"I stayed here 2/3 years ago when the property was freshly remodeled. My impression is that they have not kept up w the maintenance. On the positive side, very friendly staff and freshly made breakfast. Also ppl who chose to stay here are friendly and interesting so that made the experience more enjoyable. "

"I love that this place was super clean. The towels were semi new and soft. Also, the place was quiet and had a nice view from the balcony. The staff was nice and friendly and made you feel welcome. "

"No parking despite description on site. Office is located off property—hard to find. Room was fine tho. "

"Charming and great location. We love the backyard happy hour. The amenities are limited- no drinking water or glasses and no coffee etc which would you would expect from such a lovely accommodation. "

"Most of the time, the pictures make the rental look better than it is. In this rare case, it was the opposite. The pictures made the place look fantastic, but it was even better in person. Very clean. Very luxurious. Private entrance and garage. Multiple private balconies. Everything is within walking distance. Great for families with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better location. "
