"Room and bathtub are not so clean."

"Great location, friendly and reliable staff, no included breakfast / no in room coffee but those usually aren’t great anyway and the cafes nearby are phenomenal. No bathtub for our little one but shower was nice"

"As soon as we entered the hotel there was a friendly person to help us with our luggage. A helpful and friendly person to check us in and tell us all about the perks. "

"The property is in ok conditions. I was very bithered when my room did not get serviced and staff coukd not explain why the cleaning crew missed my room."

"I was really worried after reading the reviews but we arrived to no check-in queues however staff were very unfriendly. No problems with lifts all week always one with a minute. The room was clean and fine, bed were small doubles but we managed to both fit and get good nights aleep. The beds were very high up for young children! The location is a winner for this hotel. We would use this hotel again. "

"There room was too cold. Called them to fixed the temperature twice time but still it was so cold. Washroom floor was dirty. Also they don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste unless if you don’t ask for it."

"Great location near Radio City Music Hall and Central Park. Not a big fan of Resort fees especially when you feel it is not a resort. Also paid for 2 people for breakfast and the name of the business on the card did not match the vendor for breakfast but they said that is place. They were out of croissants and would not change the 2 croissants we paid for the one muffin they had so we had to pay for that. Staff at the breakfast store were very rude and told hotel staff which also did nothing to make the situation better. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay for the breakfast upfront or maybe consider other hotels in the area. Less then a block from NY Subways but so are many other hotels."
