"Staff was very attentive. Breakfast cooked to order and snacks and iced tea and water throughout day were also great. Understanding that the house is very old and quite lovely it still needs somes TLC. We stayed downstairs and carpet needs replacing and rooms are musty. I was very stuffed up when in my room as I am very allergic to mold/dust so assume that either mold or dust was the cause?? Also our tub filled up with water when we used the shower which I reported and they looked into but...

"Everything at the alida from start to finish was excellent. The only comment I have was regarding the walls being pretty thin, you can hear doors slamming from across the hall and the bathroom sink makes a very loud noise when you run the water. Regardless, we had a wonderful 3 night experience here and would definitely stay again. "

"The room was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only downsides was that our air conditioner was very loud, abnormally loud to where we could not sleep. Also the walls are a little thin."
