The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It worked for later in the night and early morning. The breakfast is okay. Not much to say about it. The staff is superb. Very helpful and attentive. Overall it was a great stay.

This is a wonderful property, beautiful, very nice people. Janet is wonderful whom owns the property, very helpful with tips for getting around town and has formed an exquisite experience for guests. It's an older, elegant property kept up very well and beautifully. Sherry hour every night with wonderful hors d'Oeuvres. Breakfast is gourmet and wonderful. The chef is skilled. This location is so close to everything and is in the historic district, bordering on the Victorian district, a beautiful street and location. Parking is horrible all over and there is no on-site parking except valet. You don't need a car, however, due to the free dot bus, the trolleys and the Downtowner car services which is free throughout the entire historic district. We rented a car and between transportation provided for tours and the Downtowner and free bus, having a car is superfluous and actually annoying. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

The location was great, bed was comfortable and staff very friendly. Our room could’ve used a good cleaning and a couple things in disrepair in the bathroom. We wished we would’ve had better WiFi in the cottage room, as well.

Gracious welcome after long drive and thorough orientation. Christmas decorations were wonderful. Loved extra perks around Happy Hour and dessert. Breakfast was lovely. Street parking was easy .

The Inn is located in a perfect location to walk around the historic district. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The Inn could use some TLC. We loved visiting Savannah.
