"I don’t really write reviews for places I stay at but this one impressed me beyond my expectations. I planned this trip for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and the location and price of this hotel is the best you will find. Not too far away from everything, conveniently located transportation and so many food choices! My fiancé never shuts up about NYC but Chicago has definitely taken a place in his heart. He even asked to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for everything and beyond."

"We had a very good stay with 21C! Although there were a couple of hiccups with check-in -- the room was missing washcloths and TP when we arrived -- that was fixed promptly when we called the front desk. For the rest of the stay, we had no issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned well each day during our stay, the art gallery in the lobby was a unique touch, and the beds were very comfy. "Requested a fridge and microwave, as they do not come in each room. Wasn't there when we checked in, but came shortly and worked well. Nice hotel, but no pool and they only offer parking as a valet service for $80+ per day. Ended up parking at Aon Center for $17/day, which was VERY close. "
