"Staff were amazing! They asked us why we were visiting and we mentioned it was our 30th wedding anniversary. When we came back to our room that evening there was a bottle of champagne, a card and snacks waiting for us! They really went above and beyond! Beautiful room, amazing shower and great location. "

"We had such a blast at the Mountain Shadows Resort! The hotel is beuatiful and the room was very comfortable. The pool area is very nice and despite being busy, it was quiet and relaxing. The best to me was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"The conceirge service was GREAT. We checked in early and they accommodated us. I later figured out the room I booked was too small for our family. They quickly changed us and brought us the keys to the new room. Exemplary! The pool deck and free drinks were nice as was the shower. Excellent! However, the restaurant was radically overpriced, not very good and our server did everything he could to ignore us. So I’d say go with the hotel but skip the restaurant. "

"The facility was nicely kept. The only drawback was the room had the sink outside the bathroom so there was only a show and toilet in the bathroom. Bad idea."

"Room was nice. Bed and bedding were great. Very comfortable. Loved how cool the room stayed. Downfall: Not enough staff at bar area for drink and food service. Took a while especially with them also running up room service. Coffee was hard to get in the am and pm. Sunday espresso machine was out of order. Dance comp/convention pulls in a lot of adults sitting around drinking. "

"We loved our stay at hotel Adeline! I was nervous It was going to be too much like a motel but It wasn’t at all. Housekeeping came everyday and the room had everything a standard hotel room would have (iron, robe, coffee, refridgerator etc). The room, restaurant, pool and pool bar were great. A nice affordable option to stay in Scottsdale! Will definitely be back! "
