"I sent an email more than 24 hrs in advance to cancel reservation. they refused to refund because they didn’t receive my message, even though I sent a screenshot. I called them the day before when i realized it hadn’t been canceled and they still refused to honor and charged me full price. "

"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."
