「Amazing stay for my 25th birthday. The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Will be back again in the near future. Thank you」

「INDUSTRIAL HOTEL. I suppose it is perfect for the right traveler. I didn't realize there would be literally no carpet anywhere. Door locks everywhere , one to get into lobby, another to pass through into a tual hallway, it was a little strange. One reason I stayed here was because there was EV charging in back. Turns out the charger cost MORE than a Tesla Supercharger and not fast. Ended up not charging here at all. It was fine, but didn't love it. Will try to pick another place next time.」

「Nice, brand new place! Only gripe I have is that its a good walk from parking to get to the room.」

「Checkin process was terrible. I haven’t spent this much effort for any checkin. The link they sent just didn’t work and they were asking me to send stuff over text, claimed to not receive. Was a headache going back and forth. Once you get there, super hard to find the unit. No building numbers, no clear directions.」

「one of the best places I stayed at new/ renovated washer / dryer in unit prompt responses from host」

「Clean and good interiors and convenient location to ASU. Great. 」

「We walked in and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned from previous renters. I’m talking beds looked slept in and blankets tossed back on the bed. Dirt on the floor. Dishes still in dishwasher. No trash bags except the one to changed trash for 6 days! Crazy! Only one parking spot so don’t plan on having guests and the door was hard to open. Type the code and pull the handle towards you to get it to open.」

「The hotel is in the center of the Mesa downtown area which makes it accessible to various shops. The room sits as an apartment style and provides a spacious living area. Enjoyed the views from the room!」

「👎」

「While the location is close to downtown, our overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to major maintenance failures and poor customer service. • Access & First Impressions: Entry to the building is off to the side through dirt and rocks. Inside, there were strange, crusty spots on the carpet that we had to actively walk around. • Amenities: None of the three bathrooms had hand towels-the half bath had no towels whatsoever. Additionally, one of the shower doors was...
