We had tickets to the MJ, Michael Jackson show, and the theater was literally just a few steps away, the perfect location. Everything was close and super easy. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel seen. I had requested a high floor, and they honored it without a problem. The view was fantastic, my husband couldn’t believe it! But what truly moved us was the kindness: Edward surprised my husband with a bottle of wine and macarons in the room, such a nice gesture, genuinely kind and very appreciated. The rooftop was another wow moment. That same day, on his birthday, we went up for some drinks and my husband loved it. He was so touched, especially with that view of Times Square right down the street. We left feeling grateful. We will definitely come back."
