"Park MGM feels like an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the Vegas strip. The non-smoking facilities were a huge bonus, the pool was relaxing and calm, and the overall vibe was much more laid back than other hotels in the area."

"Check in procedure was horrible. The clerk could have cared less that we were guest there. No map, no directions to our room. By the time we made it to our room and found the pool we were told it was closing early. But, they still had the nerve to charge a resort fee for the day for amenities never used. Just felt like a small number in a big pile of money that was being stolen from guest."
