"We had a great stay at Element! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it perfect for our family. The free breakfast was a huge plus with lots of good options each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

2/10 Terrible

"Staff interactions were professional, hotel is being remodeled. Assigned us a room in the 6th floor and it was chaos. Construction debris, dust, no ice or vending machines available. In order to get ice and water guests are forced to ride two different elevators to upper floors. Upper floors were cleaner, could have assigned us a decent floor/room. The Orleans has a new Sales Prevention Department and I was convinced: pick another hotel."

"It was a good room to sleep in but we had issues with our toilet the entire stay where it stopped working at some point. Also I was pressured into giving a tip to the guy who took our bags to be checked in. I didn’t want him messing with our stuff and he was very relentless with it. Watch out for an older guy with glasses. Prob won’t be back👍"

"Very disappointing stay. I booked through Expedia expecting the room/building shown in my reservation, but when I arrived, the hotel said they could not find my room in their system and moved me to a different building about 5–10 minutes away. The room did not match the photos or my expectations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear noise from outside and nearby rooms. Basic items like water and toothbrushes were not provided. On May 29, the hotel also called us repeatedly while we were sleeping and said we had to check out, even though our Expedia booking was until May 30. Overall, the stay was stressful, inconvenient, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this property unless they improve communication, room accuracy, and customer service."

"This was a cool place to stay. I like the gated community feel with security upon entry. There's Smiths for groceries less than a quarter mile away and plenty of places for shopping. Staff is good. The only thing I'd say about is that TVs you can only watch local channels ( no Netflix access or any other app).Full kitchen, washer, and dryer in unit."
