「Checking-in was stressful. The agent anxiety was high. She looked nervous. After giving are my reservation info. She just went into panoc mode. I waited and then she abruptly said excuse me. 「Cool little boutique spot in the heart of Charleston with a nice bit of character and vibe. Great decor and has valet parking available. The pool and bar area is awesome but a bit small. The coffee bar is a nice bonus in the front of the building with good options and not bad pricing.」

「The lobby staff was very friendly upon check in. We stayed in the junior suite with air bath. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We tried the weekend breakfast buffet. It was good but not worth the $25 per person. Will definitely stay here again.」

「It was nice having a little kitchen area to have a few things in the hotel room. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the bed and pillows were soft and comfy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. The location is great with side walks convenient for walking and easy to get transportation. Dinning and shopping close by and Folly beach not to far from location by car. Large parking lot if you drive your own car. 」

「The location of the Hyatt is surrounded by specialty shops, restaurants and cozy movie theater, all with walking distance! Nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. Not to mention the delicious and warm buffet breakfast! Can’t wait to revisit!」
