「Bed was comfortable so that is a positive, however we were disappointed because the hotel rating was "very good" when we booked. We discovered that in our room, the chair was stained. No exhaust fan in bathroom so wallpaper coming off the walls. The sink drain was very slow. Only one TV channel available and the a/c clunked several times during the night. Almost all of the breakfast items needed to be restocked with an hour left to go in the breakfast time and there were no forks.」

「Staff takes up the food right at the time they quit serving, even while customers are still eating. Bar staff makes your drink a double instead of letting you get your last two drinks if you get them just before their closing time. Then didn’t think any of that was right.」

「The room was ok except, the tv remote kept muting the tv. I know people steal alot but i didnit have a directory or anything or even what channels we had . Nothing was left inroom . All in all the breakfast was nit the greatest pancakes worked one day then not the next, alot of sad kids. Bananas brown. Etc. Over all staff up front very friendly and helpful. Also the one's working cleaning rooms very nice. 」
