「Yes, excellent fresh breakfast and efficient shuttle 」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「A little disappointing with this Embassy Suites which is NEVER a problem that we have. We got checked in...went to use the pool and it literally took your breath away with the chlorine. Had to put a towel over your face it was so strong. The property iteself is just in need of serious upgrades. One elevator not working...ceiling tiles falling down in our room...just needs some major TLC in the future. Not what the expectation is when you pay and stay at an Embassy Suites 」

「Property is new and in good condition. The pool was nice but, the water was too cold. The breakfast very limited. The room was nice and is a good value.」

「Staff are friendly, good location and convenience to airport with shuttle. Only one thing which is not enough is the water pressure not strong enough during bath.」
