They were all overbooked and left rooms available and when I got there they didn’t have any rooms for me and I never received a refund. Expedia wouldn’t give me any money. Back made me go through the hotel.

Worst experience ever. Lock lost battery and every time I wanted to get into my room they had to let me in after I call them. Heat was awful. Dirty floors smelled like urine.

No wheelchair, no luggage cart, bathroom to small, no where to change, no trash can. No kleenex. TV stations messed up. No ice, No wifi. Staff for continual breakfast was unfriendly. Most items were empty. She acted like we had her do to much. Orange juice was empty. She said I cant get it out so no Orange juice. We got it out. And gave it to her. She was not happy. Razer blade in the hallway from recently doing some remodeling.

Staff was very friendly, room was mostly clean (except for a few things found under the bed), pool was clean and not over crowded, lots of places to walk to if you want. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

The pool was closed, the tv did not work, the gym was closed. There were a ton of fruit flies in the room, the headboard was falling off the wall, the roll away bed was filthy. The breakfast was waffle machine and toast. The rooms do not match the picture.
