As disappointed that this hotel was listed as including breakfast when actually there was an upcharge. The other amenity that was not up to par was the pool hot tub not working water cool. Oh the hotel is clean I requested the air vents to be dusted washed to the heating / cooling unit. Something I feel every Hotel should do on regular basis when the room is cleaned. With construction still around this hotel it's difficult to approach in poor weather. Making very important for the amenities to be up to par. Friendly and helpful staff

We needed special accommodations for elderly family members in town for a wedding, and the staff and facilities at this hotel went above and beyond to provide them. Everyone was friendly and responsive for whatever was needed.

The hotel was beautiful and was equipped with the latest 21st century technology. The rooms were very clean and it was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Things I didn't like was the hot tub being out of service the entire time I stayed (4 days) Also the hot breakfast was okay and there needs to be a waffle station and fresh fruit provided for the guests.
