「We have stayed at the Cook for camp five summers now. This is the first time I saw service levels lowered. The staff are great but this year we didn’t have room cleaning, towel service or trash removed for the four nights we stayed. 「I like that the property and my room was clean. Other than that, I was very disappointed in my stay. There was no hen soap to be found anywhere, we were told that they would have to get it from the Residence Inn across the street and the mattresses were terrible. They were lopsided. You can tell where a person had been sleeping. One side was up and 1 side was down, and I've stayed at Marriott lots of time, and I have never, ever experienced this before.
