"Everything was a good experience with the exception of the woman at the frint desk - Zoey. She was extremely rude upon check in and when i asked a question to clarify a change that was made, she responded very aggressively. This was my first impression of the property as she was the first person i saw. Other than this interaction, everything else was great. Sheila (maid) was absolutely amazing and the sweetest hotel staff member ever! "

"The front desk Staff were wonderful. The room was adequate for a short term stay, beds clean and comfortable. Airport 4 minutes away, shuttle provided, breakfast .. building is an older property, but walking distance to several restaurants. "

"Lots of parking, there are a handful of strip clubs surrounding which I was worried about initially but it ended up being very quiet, clean, and we were never bothered walking to or from the property. Staff were friendly. The beds were comfy and everything was clean!"

They were helpful when I needed assistance for local attractions and directions to tourist areas, and I had one reguest from the Hotel that was met immediately without issue. "Hotel parking is valley only... I would have liked an option for Self park but that is ok. Property was nice, room was clean really appreciated the water bottles available included with the stay. The size of the room we booked was extra large and awesome. On an amazing customer service note we overslept our alarm and did not get started till late by the time we were packed and ready to go we were about 20 minutes over our checkout time.
