Couldn’t sleep due to a very loud party in the room next to us. No hotel staff to help or intervene. We gave up at 1:30am. And drive home. I’ve called 5-6 phone numbers for so called customer service. Of course there’s no human being to talk to. They don’t care about their customers at all.

We did not have any hot water in our room during our stay. Upon informing the management in the morning, they did nothing besides tell us that they knew about the issue occurring in the whole building, not even asking if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. After that, I never received a receipt in any form, and found we were charged an extra $5 for two Great Value brand water bottles that were sitting on the fridge, which was apparently a mini-bar. I don't mind the character that boutique or historical hotels may offer, but this was an awful experience for a special weekend with my girlfriend. Should have stayed at a Days Inn instead for the same money.

Old hotel, most notably with regard to the elevator and bathroom, but clean and comfortable, fairly quiet. No ice available in the hotel - could get small amounts from the restaurant next door. Shower water was luke warm at best regardless of how long you let it warm up. No discounts to park in local garages. But staff was friendly and as I mentioned, the room was clean

This hotel is not ready for visitors. I was promised to have my hotel stay fee returned but it was not. Also the $30 deposit for beverages was also not returned. Do not stay here.

Staff was great. The room can be a little noisy as the guests upstairs were like moving the furniture early Sunday morning. Eddy at the front desk was very helpful.

It is a boutique hotel that needs some updates to make it more comfortable. Such as new carpets in the hallways. Updated paint colors so that it doesn't feel like a college dorm. Also the shower needs a proper glass enclosure or a shower curtain that doesn't allow water all over the floor. Please get more comfortable mattresses; too firm snd cheap. If you don't want to hear street noise, ask to be in a room off the street side; you can hear all the traffic and people in the street until 2am and then returning guests talking in the hallway! We also had someone knocking on our door at 5:30 am. This hotel is more conducive for college age; beware.
