"I hear they are tearing this hotel down soon. Bummer. Is a cute hotel with a function room. The room was STUFFY. Was able to open the windows but was unable to have cold air blow in through the vent.. which sucked for sleeping.. overall. If we were to stay here again, we'd bring a fan."

"My first choice when in Providence, which is often. Love the location ( Brown and RISD)..great water view too. Excellent jumping off point for the East Bay Bike Trail, a beautiful 28 mile round trip to Bristol and back. Lots of good food options in nearby Fox Point. "

"Friendly staff. Hotel fine. Room fine. Construction around and someone was smoking pot either in room nearby or outside our window that we could smell while falling asleep. Restaurant/bar looked nice. Didn't go"

"Very clean, overall very happy with the room, loved the complementary toiletries. I enjoyed the choice of pillows. Down side the hallway smelled of bleach not sure if it was cleaners or the pool. If that was the only downside so be it, at least you know they are cleaning. "
