「1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. 「We stayed here one night because we were in town for a concert at MetLife. The hotel was very nice and the room was excellent. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was fast once they started allowing everyone to check-in. We tried to check in around 2:30 and were told we had to wait until 4pm, but hten by 3pm they were checking everyone in so thankfully we didn't have to wait long.
